Managing Partner
William is a general practice partner servicing clients ranging from sole traders to partnerships and from co-operatives to companies. He has an all round grasp and knowledge of commercial affairs in the Malta and he is routinely involved in raising finance for clients, advising on corporate structures and preparing business plans and feasibility studies.
His specialist areas are property companies, general trading companies, unions and family businesses and International Trade.
William is presently a member of the Council of the Malta Institute of Accountants.
He is also currently a director on the Board of Enemalta Corporation.

Karen is a general practice partner servicing limited companies, partnerships and other federations and bodies, and has considerable experience in dealing with Value Added Tax and Taxation matters.
She has a wide variety of experience of companies and trade federations, chambers and associations.
Karen is presently a member of the Malta Stock Exchange Council.

Senior Manager – Assurance
Conrad is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor.
He is the senior assurance manager of the Firm specializing in financial audits, preparation of financial statements and in software that assist offices to become paperless.
During his experience which extends more than ten years, he was involved in various specific projects including working with the central government on information systems audits and producing the master template in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards for the Sage Accounts Production Software.
Conrad is a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and of the Malta Institute of Accountants. During the year 2006, he obtained a Diploma in International Financial Reporting organized by the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants

Manager – Accounting Division and Tax Advisory Unit
Jana is a Manager within the Firm. She is mainly involved in the Accounting Division and Tax Unit of the Firm. She has previously also worked within the Assurance department of the Firm, gaining experience in auditing and other assurance work.
She has worked in the accounts departments of various companies before joining the Firm.

DIANE ELLUL
Head of Secretarial & Administration Department
Diane is the Head of Secretarial & Administrative Department of the Firm.
She has vast experience in this field and has previously worked with other companies including Financial Institutions.
