Extention of Tax Deadline

Kindly note that Friday 22 January 2010 is the new deadline for the filing of all missing returns (years of assessment 1999-2008) whether by individuals or companies, whether manual or on-line.

Monday 22 February 2010 is the new deadline for submission of the signed agreement + payment in full.

The deadline for the electronic submission of the company tax return for year of assessment 2009 which was 21st January is being extended to Monday 1 February 2010.
